Allergens, dust, air pollution, particulate matter in the air, changes in barometric pressure and respiratory viruses can all wreak havoc on our respiratory systems leading to nasal congestion, post nasal drainage, coughing, wheezing, fatigue and eventually sinusitis and even pulmonary infections such as bronchitis.
