- Configurable Workflow Stages – Streamline operations and become more efficient with configurable workflow stages including data entry, adjudication, PV1, scheduling, credit review, dispensing, PV2, packing and Will Call.
- Order-based Manager – Improve your pharmacy processing efficiencies by logically grouping prescriptions into orders based on patient, facility or prescriber.
- Exception-driven Workflow – Ensure compliance and adherence by requiring activities on complex therapies driven by manufacturer reporting, business objectives, stage validations, cost to patient, disease state, lab values, specific drugs, and your sales and marketing needs.
- Activity Tracking – KeyCentrix software systems have built-in activity tracking tools to enhance patient care, adherence and disease state management. Plus, all reportable user defined fields capture data about patients, prescribers, A/R accounts drugs that may not be available in a standard field and the heavy data points required frequently by drug manufacturers, PBMs and disease states.
